Loyalty Points

Frequent shoppers are rewarded with our new Loyalty Points program. This replaced our existing coupon / sign up % discount system.

Earning:
Every $1 spent earns 1 point

Conversion:
Every 10 points is worth a $1 discount

i.e: 100 points = $10 discount off your shopping cart (excluding shipping)

Current Bonus:

50 points for 1 product review. (moderated and only applicable reviews approved, visit product pages and click the “reviews” Tab at the bottom to write)
100 points for account signup.
50 points for your birthday (limit 1 per year)

previous customers who have checked out as a “GUEST” can signup with an account even with the same email address (visit www.colouredsmoke.com.au/my-account/ to sign up. Previous orders from that email address will not show up in your new account.

Points can be tracked in your My Account page and are also visible at checkout to remind you.

Users must be logged in at the time of checkout to apply points.

Terms / Conditions:

* Only valid for customers who create an account. This can be done on the “My Account” page. Here you can login and check your points progress
*refunded and cancelled orders will have points removed
*points expire in 365 days. Customers are emailed 21days out from point expiring
*bonus point offers can be changed or cancelled at any time (for example writing reviews etc)
*points can not be exchanged for real cash. Only store credits off purchases
*this is an automated system. CSA and its staff cannot be liable for any mistakes or downtime with such system. Please contact us if you are having any issues relating to points.
*this whole system can be modified (conversion rate etc) or even cancelled at any time. This is a value offered service and is offered under goodwill.
*coupons may or may not work in addition to points system. Please check the coupon details at the time of offer.
*only reviews that have been verified by admin will receive points. Bad quality reviews / multiple spam reviews will be ignored. If CSA is to offer points for reviews please make them relevant to the product reviewed and decent!
